Acquisition of Timeplex LLC. Intellectual Property

Tangent Communications effective 4/15/2007 has acquired the Intellectual Property of Timeplex LLC. This includes the following:

• All Software and Schematics for the Link/2+, ST-20/ST-50/1000, AR/ER, TX3 and CX-1500 product lines.
• All factory board test equipment, systems test equipment and testing documentation for Factory Repairs on the Link/2+, ST-20/ST-50/1000, AR/ER Router, TX3 and CX-1500 product lines.
• TV2000 upgrades up to version 12.0.

Tangent is currently manufacturing the complete CX-1500 product line and is now manufacturing selected Link/2+, and ST-1000 cards:

• Tangent can provide Factory Tested Refurbished cards and complete systems for the Link/2+, ST-20/ST-50/1000, AR/ER, and TX3
• Tangent can provide Factory Board Repair for the Link/2+, ST-20/ST-50/1000, AR/ER, TX3 and CX-1500 product lines.
